The Quarterback Factory Show Fantasy League went superflex for the first time in 2026, and draft night did not disappoint. Ten managers, 17 rounds, 170 picks, all in about 79 minutes of chaos. JohnTKx kicked it off with Jahmyr Gibbs at 1.01 and BREAL4133 closed it out with Jake Elliott as Mr. Irrelevant — and in between, 26 quarterbacks came off the board in a league that starts 20 every week.

We graded the whole thing two ways: our own three-analyst QBFS panel, and a FantasyPros-style consensus grade built on Superflex ECR. The systems mostly agree at the top and fight hard in the middle.

The short version

• Sanduskys Tickle Monsters is the unanimous #1 — A- from the panel and A- from the consensus. Jayden Daniels at pick 46 is the biggest QB steal of the draft, and Ja’Marr Chase, Nico Collins, and Zay Flowers form a WR trio nobody matches.
• BREAL4022 is the quiet king at #2 — Patrick Mahomes at pick 50 and C.J. Stroud at pick 151 anchor the deepest efficiency-true roster in the league.
• Lethal Weapons has the best QB room in the league — Lamar Jackson, Justin Herbert, and Kyler Murray at pick 112 — but the panel docks the commissioner’s squad to #6 over Jeremiyah Love at pick 29, the single biggest overpay of the draft by board slot.
• The market never fully arrived for the superflex QB — and the teams that harvested locked-in starters in rounds 5-16 won the night. Teams stuck at two QBs are one ankle injury from the waiver wire.

Where the QBFS panel disagrees with the crowd

That’s where this report gets fun. The panel upgrades LizardKingLyle four spots over the consensus (Allen/TLaw plus structure beats one bad reach) and rescues 2girls1kupp from the cellar behind CeeDee, A.J. Brown, and a Jordan Love steal. It demotes teams that ignored superflex math — including a loaded Bijawn and the gang roster that took Jaxson Dart as its QB2.
